First we re-purpose the donated item by removing all personal data (if any remains), then we examine it to determine if it can be repaired. If so we restore it and sell it. For older models not popular here, we make them available to those in less developed countries where that device might make a big difference in their life.

Next, if the unit cannot be brought back to life we mine it for the rare earths which, in a real way, lessens the need for such destructive mining of the environment. We remove the other metals, and strip out the parts that can be utilized to restore other devices.

Along this path we will be providing jobs, careers, and meaning to those who have made poor choices with their life and could use another chance.
